News Desk. News Nation 360: The second Shubhayu Health and Wellness Dialogue session, "Is Something Stressing You Out: Building Emotional Resilience in a Fast-Paced World," was held at the Golpark office in Kolkata by the Child in Need Institute (CINI). In order to openly address the growing, frequently stigmatised mental health issues connected to academic competition, digital pressure, and career uncertainty, the event brought together a variety of professionals, volunteers, and students from prestigious institutions like Jadavpur University, St. Xavier's University, Ramakrishna Mission, and The Neotia University. Under the guidance of seasoned psychotherapist Kasturi Mukherjee, the interactive session illuminated hidden emotional challenges like loneliness, FOMO, academic burnout, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and psychosomatic symptoms like headaches and chronic fatigue. Ms. Mukherjee recommended early intervention through self-awareness and proactive support-seeking, providing helpful advice on creating balanced study habits to combat test anxiety and counselling young professionals to protect work-life balance to combat workplace exhaustion. The initiative, which includes guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, was highlighted by Meghendra Banerjee, Chief of Programs at CINI. She affirmed that emotional resilience is now just as important as traditional academic success and underlined the critical need to create judgment-free, safe spaces to empower the younger generation against invisible modern pressures.
