News Desk, News Nation 360 : In a bold step to boost customer happiness, Dish TV India has introduced a Lifetime Free Service Visit initiative, a first-of-its-kind offering in the DTH sector. In response to long-standing consumer criticism, Dish TV is removing service visit charges, which have historically been a major source of frustration for users. Dish TV has added a customer-friendly feature that waives service fees for technician appointments. Pay TV operators typically charge customers ₹200-₹250 for technical services. However, Dish TV's new approach asks customers to recharge their account with ₹200, which is then added to their Dish TV balance rather than spent on service fees. This means that clients will pay nothing more for technician appointments. Previously, clients had to pay for each technician visit individually. This effort is part of Dish TV's commitment to improving the customer experience by offering more value with no additional fees for service visits. Manoj Dobhal, CEO & Executive Director, Dish TV India, stated that customers have always been Dish TV's first priority. This Lifetime Free Service Visit is their way of recognising the importance of their clients and making after-sales service really hassle-free. By tying it to a small ₹200 recharge, they not only provide value but also create confidence and ensure uninterrupted service for their subscribers across the country.
