According to Dharmendra Pradhan, this app will significantly increase our teachers' capacity through ongoing capacity building using cutting-edge technology, community-building elements, and course content. He claimed that in the spirit of NEP 2020, the government is placing an unprecedented emphasis on teachers' ongoing capacity building because they are the true Karmayogis forming the next generation. He went on to say that they are using innovation and technology to empower our instructors. Kids who have enlightened teachers are also enlightened. Teachers will be crucial in identifying prospects and making sure their young people drive the growth narrative as India advances in the knowledge-driven twenty-first century.
