Prepared with authentic herb and traditional recipes, the festival menu features a range of classic street-style appetisers and aromatic main course dishes like Thai Spring Roll, Chicken Satay, Thai Fish Cakes (Tod Mun Pla), Crispy Prawn, Vegetable Pad Thai, Thai Green Curry with Seasonal Vegetables, Thai Green Chicken Curry, Pad Kra Pao Goong (Stir-fried Prawn with Holy Basil) & Gai Pad Med Mamuang (Chicken with Cashew Nuts) which completes with a sweet note of Darsan with Vanilla Ice Cream.
