First-Aid Centre Opened by Manipal Hospitals at Tolly Club

Speaking at the inauguration, Dr. Ayanabh Debgupta remarked that their goal of Manipal Hospitals is to provide preventive and easily accessible healthcare so that the people of Kolkata can live healthier, better lives. The Tolly Club's First-Aid Centre is a component of their larger plan to provide vital emergency care services to all of the top clubs in the city. Manipal Hospitals has formally opened a First-Aid Centre in Tolly Club in Kolkata, with Dr. Ayanabh Debgupta, Regional Chief Operating Officer – East of Manipal Hospitals, and Partha Sarathi Barman, President of Tolly Club, Kolkata, among the guests invited to the inaugural function which was widely accepted by the community of the club, and the facility will remain operational seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM to meet urgent medical requirements of club members, staff, and visitors by offering timely first-aid and stabilization followed by referrals to a hospital, especially in serious cases. As a part of their continued association, Manipal Hospitals will be conducting different wellness programs throughout the year with a focus on preventive health and lifestyle improvement for club members and also will be the official healthcare sponsor for the sporting events of the club, making available a dedicated ambulance during each event to provide prompt medical assistance if required, and Manipal Hospitals also plans to conduct regular health awareness programs for the members at the club in the future. To further enhance this tie-up, Tolly Club members have been provided with a special Privilege Card giving them access to special healthcare benefits at Manipal Hospitals, including talks on health awareness and interactive sessions with senior physicians organized in the club, sports rehabilitation support by Manipal's expert physiotherapy department, a 24x7 concierge service with doctor-on-call facility, and free ambulance services under the First Responder initiative.
