News Desk, News Nation 360 : Kerala Tourism is launching a global initiative called "Travel Now, Post Later," which encourages travellers worldwide to travel mindfully and to live in the present moment before posting it online. Experience first, share afterwards is the straightforward and universal basic tenet. It reminds us that presence must come before performance and that the most profound travel stories are felt before they are spoken. Kerala Tourism establishes itself as a thought leader by starting a broader discussion about how people visit the world with its Visit Now,

Post Later campaign. The movement promotes mindfulness, introspection, and sincere connection by redefining travel as an act of presence rather than performance. The "Travel Now, Post Later" campaign is a digital media initiative by Kerala Tourism that celebrates the importance and philosophy of "being there." The campaign seeks to encourage travellers to take their time and indulge in the experience of immersion. One of the best examples of "being there" is the Kochi Muziris Biennale, a celebration of art and tourism that has put Kochi on the international tourist map. The event is on until March 31, 2026, and it is the biggest of its kind in South Asia. The event uses the historic streets and heritage sites of Fort Kochi to create a platform where modern art is combined with "living history." The revival of the ancestral heritage and the boosting of local careers offer a glimpse of art not just as a form of creative expression, but more importantly, a gateway to experience and discover cultures. The "Travel Now, Post Later" campaign is a step in the direction of developing a tourism system that doesn’t just value culture, creativity, and a sense of place, but pushes the boundaries of what traditional tourism is all about. P A Mohamed Riyas, Tourism Minister, stated that Kerala has seen a significant increase in visitors as an experiential travel destination in the years following the COVID-19 pandemic. Both domestic and foreign tourists have responded well to new products in addition to its main offerings. This tendency is anticipated to continue in the upcoming inbound season.
