Orko's CC1's "Radhunir Diary – Micro Cuisines of Bengal" Honours Bengal's Culinary Diversity

News Desk, News Nation 360: Celebrating the rich and diverse flavours of Bengal beyond its popular cuisines, Orko’s CC1 is set to host a special regional food festival, ‘Radhunir Diary – Micro Cuisines of Bengal’, from 23rd August to 14th September 2026. Organised by Executive Chef Makhan Chandra Parya with a special introduction by Sens Hospitality Division Corporate General Manager Kaushik Sengupta, the festival will witness the presentation of lesser-known micro cuisines and unique dishes of Rarh, Sundarbans, Kayastha, Santhal, and Bangal communities. The festival will feature delicacies like Murshidabadi Murgh Dum Biryani, Chicken Chaanp, Prawn Malai Curry, Machher Kalia, Bhuna Khasir Mangsho, Dim Shorshey, Hash Er Mangsho Kosha, Bamboo Chicken, Pabda Shorshe, and Begun Posto to take the foodies on a delightful journey of Bengal’s hidden flavours.
