The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2025 saw Team Versatile Emerge Victorious

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Recently in Kolkata, the thrilling BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES 2025 (BGIS) Grand Finale came to an end with Team Versatile taking home the championship. The victorious team took home a top prize of INR 69.6 lakhs out of a total prize pool of INR 3.2 crores in this historic event, which marked the first-ever BGIS LAN finale in Kolkata. The BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES (BGIS) 2025 Grand Finals were recently held, attracting a record-breaking crowd of more than 15,000 spectators and high viewership, testifying to the popularity of BGMI and the increasing enthusiasm for esports in India. The three-day extravaganza from April 25th to 27th was regarded as a celebration of India's gaming revolution and the swift growth of Esports. KRAFTON India also made the most of the occasion to reveal the eagerly anticipated BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA PRO SERIES (BMPS) 2025, mapping out its Esports growth plans for the future. The BGIS 2025 journey commenced in February with fierce qualification rounds and ended in the Grand Finals, where 16 finalist teams clashed over 18 matches. Team Versatile came out on top, etching their name in Indian Esports history. The final was live-streamed on the KRAFTON India Esports YouTube Channel, which received top-notch responses from fans and aficionados and was streamed in 10 languages, such as English, Hindi, and other language dialects, to reach every corner of the country. Congratulating the winners and all the participating teams, Karan Pathak, Associate Director of Esports at KRAFTON India, stated that once again, BGIS has demonstrated the amazing potential of India's esports talent. The tremendous reaction from Kolkata supporters and the outstanding play of both new and seasoned teams have raised the standard.
