News Desk, News Nation 360 : The Bharat Sevashram Sangha gave away free books and study aids to pupils up to Class 4 at over 42 schools in the isolated and impoverished Sundarbans as part of a new school year effort. Students from areas like Gangasagar, Basanti, Gosaba, Kulpi, Mandir Bazar, and Maipith in Kultali were also eligible for this support. Teachers from the beneficiary schools also participated in the distribution event. During a ceremony at the Bharat Sevashram Sangha headquarters in Ballygunge, Kolkata, Swami Bishwatmanand Maharaj, the organization's principal secretary, highlighted the group's continuous efforts to promote rural economic development and education. He emphasised their scientific approach to programs like free medical care, fish farming self-reliance training, and the development of animal resources. Students from areas like Gangasagar, Basanti, Gosaba, Kulpi, Mandir Bazar, and Maipith in Kultali were also eligible for this support.
