Vikram Solar Appoints Arun Mittal to Lead Its Energy Storage Arm

With the completion of the additional 5 GW facility, Vikram Solar's module capacity has more than quadrupled, from 4.5 GW to 9.5 GW. The company is now executing the next leg of its growth strategy, with a 6 GW module expansion ongoing, which will increase overall capacity to 15.5 GW. This is supplemented by a 12 GW solar cell capacity that is now being built for commissioning in FY27, demonstrating the company's commitment to expanding backward integration and enhancing India's solar manufacturing ecosystem.
