SERVES FOR NATION
News Desk, News Nation 360 : The Bharat Sevashram Sangha has once again made free medical services available to pilgrims travelling to Amarnath, as it does each year. On the Amarnath trail, a medical camp has been established near Chandanwari, where pilgrims can receive free
medication. Before pilgrims start their ascent into the mountains, the camp also checks their oxygen levels. The leader of the Sangha's Jammu branch, Swami Satyamitrananda Maharaj, is spearheading this effort. Apart from the medical camp, the Sangha's Jammu office has arranged a "Bhandara" (community kitchen). The pilgrims are receiving meals and lodging here for free. The Bharat Sevashram Sangha's Principal Secretary, Swami Bishwatmananda Maharaj, said the Sangha has been hosting this medical camp for a long time. Monks and volunteers from other Sangha branches, including Kolkata, are actively helping pilgrims to Amarnath this year as well. Over the course of the Amarnath Yatra, skilled medical professionals will continue to provide their services.
