News Desk, News Nation 360 : Ahindra Mancha hosted a lavish ceremony to unveil the eagerly awaited first song from Ram Kamal Mukherjee's "Binodiini - Ekti Natir Upakhyan," "Kanha Tose Hryday Na Jorungi." Actress Rukmini Maitra gave a stunning live Kathak performance at the event, bringing the song's complex emotions to life on stage. "Kanha Tose Hryday Na Jorungi," an important song in the film, is the moment when Binodini Dasi accepts Gurumukh Rai's support, which is a very important step toward realizing her theatrical ambitions. The film does not portray

Binodini as a victim but as a resilient and determined artist who navigates emotional challenges while passionately pursuing her craft. The song was written by Ram Kamal Mukherjee. It is in the form of music by Sourendro-Soumyojit and sung by Shreya Ghoshal. It relies heavily on elements of Hindustani classical, loosely based upon Raag Manjh Khamaj, interspersed with bits of Kathak to give one a sense of historical grandeur. The song choreography was done by Manisha Basu, Souvik Chakraborty, and Avyaan Roy. Director Ram Kamal Mukherjee stated that this song is a sincere homage to Binodini Dasi, the most renowned stage performer in Bengal. It captures her enthusiasm and tenacity, which inspire generations to come. In the song, Rukmini looked ethereal, and he does not doubt that the audience will adore her elegant portrayal of a courtesan.
