Karate is a "powerful medium of international collaboration" that gives young people the mental discipline and foreign experience required for the modern job market, according to Hanshi Premjit Sen, an internationally qualified referee and 8th Dan Black Belt in charge of the West Bengal chapter. The organisation aims to turn karate into an aspirational career pathway that meets both physical fitness and the state's youth's increasing need for structured foreign employment opportunities by fusing martial arts training with professional mobility.
