SERVES FOR NATION
News Desk, News Nation 360: The newly constructed Pranavananda Vidyamandir at Padmasree Mamraj Agarwala Bhawan in Mathurapur, South 24 Parganas, began operations on March 18, 2026. This marks a significant step in rural development and upliftment in the state of West Bengal. The newly constructed school, aided by the Mamraj Jayatri Foundation and Minu Prime Sarees, was inaugurated by Swami Biswatmananda, General Secretary of Bharat Sevashram Sangha. The inauguration ceremony celebrated the philanthropic spirit of Padma Shri Mamraj Agarwala. The newly constructed school will function as a primary school, with future prospects of becoming a high school and eventually a vocational training school to provide students with hands-on training to prepare them for the future. In his speech, Brahmananda Agarwala, President of the Mamraj Jayatri Foundation and leader of Minu Prime Sarees, quoted the school’s motto: “Bachcha Padhao, Desh Badhao.” This statement clearly indicates the importance of quality education as the foundation of good citizens and a great nation. In his speech, Swami Biswatmananda described the future prospects of the school, focusing on providing students with vocational training in addition to academic knowledge to promote the holistic development of the children in the region. This joint initiative by the foundation reiterates its dedication to providing quality education to the citizens of the country by establishing strong relationships with other spiritual and social organisations.
