Enjoy the most anticipated flavours of the season this August at Ilish Haat, an a la carte celebration honouring Bengal's unwavering devotion to Hilsa. Classic dishes like Borishali Begun Kalo Jeera Ilish (East Bengal-style hilsa with brinjal and black cumin), Ilish Bhaja (classic fried hilsa), Posto Ilish (hilsa in poppy seed and green chilli gravy), Ilisher Tok (Midnapore-style tamarind hilsa), and Shorshe Ilish (hilsa in traditional mustard gravy) are served on the menu. Till 31st August 2025, from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the Ilish Haat – A La Carte Hilsa Food Festival will be available at The Conclave Verde, located at 2052, Chak Garia, Panchasayar, Upohar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700094, at just Rs 599 + taxes. For every Hilsa enthusiast, each meal is served with steamed rice, green chilli, and Gandharaj lemon, giving it a full, soul-satisfying experience.
