The First Edition Of Foodka Culinary Honours was Introduced

They want to use this platform to honour not only the cuisine but also its history, stories, and unwavering spirit. This is only the start of a journey to recognise excellence in kitchens, from renowned restaurants to unsung heroes. The Foodka Culinary Honours 2025, with Doctor's Choice as the Title Sponsor and proudly linked to IHM Taratala as the audit partner and HRAEI, will commemorate culinary excellence in Kolkata under 11 categories, paying tribute to traditional as well as creative food. These segments are Indian cuisine (Bengali, Biryani & Kebabs, Bhaja Bhuji), Chinese, Pan Asian, Continental, Global, Bakery and Patisserie, Sweets, Café, Lounge & Bar, Vegetarian, and QSR, with a special 'Hall of Fame' award for industry contributions.
