ABCL plans to purchase and renovate the brewery with an estimated expenditure of more than Rs. 80 crore. Two lakh cases of beer can be produced each month by the brewery. This will increase the monthly owned capacity installation for Flying Monkey, Blockbuster, and Karjura beer makers American Brew Crafts Pvt Ltd to 8 lakh cases. In addition to facilitating the company's footprint expansion in East and Northeast India, this calculated move further solidifies ABCL's commitment to providing premium craft beers to beer enthusiasts across the country. It also represents a significant milestone for the company. Through the acquisition, they will be able to increase their production capacity and meet the growing demand from customers in the area.
